RETURNS POLICY

Any items purchased from us and returned (at the customer's expense) within 7 days of receipt, in their original condition, together with original packaging and receipt, will be accepted for a full credit, exchange or refund. It is not possible for us to refund the original cost of delivering the item/s.

To return goods, contact us by email on returns@sandrasnurserycorner.com and we will provide you with a returns number.

Please endeavour to keep outer carton packaging in case of the need to return. The carrier may refuse collection if incorrectly packaged.

Sandra's Nursery Corner cannot accept responsibility for lost or misdirected returns. For your own protection, you should arrange for any goods to be returned by first class registered post or by courier.

This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights, which will remain unaffected.

While we make every effort to prevent shipping damage, on rare occasions it may occur. For your own protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you have inspected it for damage. If there appears to be shipping damage, DO NOT accept the goods from the carrier. Please contact by email on returns@sandrasnurserycorner.com or telephone 028 9077 0639 within 24 hours.

RETURNS FOR REPAIR/INSPECTION
If a fault is believed to have occurred, the product may be subject to the inspection at Sandra's Nursery Corner’s discretion, to determine if the fault is manufacturing or non-manufacturing. A copy of any report will be made available at the purchaser's request. A return and inspection fee of £19.99 will be charged in the event of a non-manufacturing fault.

Unused goods with a manufacturing fault, may be returned for refund or exchange. 

For used goods, if a fault is discovered, dependant on the circumstances, the item will be repaired, replaced or the purchaser supplied with easy to apply spare parts. 

Products out of the 6 months warranty will normally incur a collection and return carriage charge payable prior to collection of the item.  Any repairs required for non-manufacturing faults, out of the 6 months guarantee will be chargeable to the purchaser. (The purchaser will always be contacted with a quote before any work is carried out).
