- We endeavour to ship orders within 4 – 5 days, Monday – Friday. (Excluding bank holidays).

- Orders are shipped using DPD within the UK and Ireland.  Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with confirmation of dispatch and a DPD tracking reference to allow you to track your order.

- As we are based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, there is no added customs charge to the ROI.

Please note: Bulkier items such as Cots / Cot bed, Dressers and Wardrobes is collected in store only. This is due to likelihood of furniture being damaging when shipped with a third-party carrier. Sorry for any inconvenient this may cause.

While we make every effort to prevent shipping damage, on rare occasions it may occur. For your own protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you have inspected it for damage.
